Technical Support Advisor
Current• Providing advanced technical support for a wide range of devices and operating systems, including Windows, Mac, iOS, Android, and Linux. Troubleshooting software and hardware issues, extending support to printers, routers, and smart devices. • Leverage remote support tools such as BeyondTrust and Zoho Assist, experienced with CRM/ticketing systems including Zendesk and Salesforce. Adhering to any set SLAs and consistently exceeding KPIs.• Additional responsibilities include monthly Quality Assurance audits, updating the Tech Support procedures and scope documents, training, and supervising the team.
