Handle all payroll related functions of the business unit which includes but not limited to.• Maintaining employee data.• Handling payroll questions and completing any other tasks necessary.• Monitoring and overseeing a BU's payroll process.• The creation and implementing of agent incentivesLiaison with Operations to meet daily targets.• Manage and oversee daily KPI's to meet client targets.• Prepare and analyze Quarterly Business Review.• Prepare and analyze weekly operational data used to track business growth and performance.

French Support and eShop Support• Complete queue management of the French and eShop support queues. • Creation and management of weekly schedule for the French and eShop support groups. • Analyze weekly team volumes to determine root cause for inbound calls.• Scheduling the required manpower to effectively handle the daily volumes ported to the French and eShop support queues.• Providing statistics for daily, weekly and monthly service levels and overall intervals to the Business Unit Manager.• Prepare and analyze weekly operational data used to track business growth and performance.• Prepare and analyze daily Call Tracker to monitor performance trends.

• Complete queue management of the Escalations queue.• Creation and management of weekly schedule for the escalation group.• Analyze weekly escalation volumes to determine root causes of escalated calls.• Scheduling the required manpower to effectively handle the daily volumes ported to the escalation queue.• Providing statistics for daily, weekly and monthly service levels and overall intervals to the Business Unit Manager.• Prepare and analyze weekly operational data used to track business growth and performance.• Prepare and analyze daily Escalations Call Tracker to monitor performance trends.• Log daily Agent Discrepancies for payroll purposes.
