Aspiro is a niche financial services consultancy servicing clients in UAE and Asia.As part of Aspiro, I am helping to deliver large strategic projects for Financial Services clients in the GCC. I work with Directors and the Partners on project sales and delivery across the organization. I am responsible for the successful delivery of strategic projects with Aspiro's regional clients.

As part of the PwC Financial Service Consulting team, I worked across the entire lifecycle of projects, from intimation until the final delivery. I assisted the team with pre-sales activities by gathering and analyzing the clients’ requirement and supported efforts to develop and propose our solutions. I was responsible for delivery of key components of projects for the FS team. I supported project teams and participated in a collaborative manner, with a focus on knowledge sharing. I have prepared, managed and delivered assignments as well managed day-to-day responsibilities for delivering major modules of our projects. As part of my experience with PwC, I have been able to service a wide variety of clients, which enabled me to get to know their unique businesses and needs. I have also supervised and supported Consultants by assigning and coaching junior members of the project team on execution of project work.

Tamkeen is a quasi-government entity in Bahrain which provide various support services to the Bahraini economy and local businesses. I worked within the Enterprise Development Support Program, one of the initiatives of Tamkeen. The EDSP provided eligible companies with grants for fixed assets support, marketing support, exhibition support, consulting support and quality management support. I was responsible for managing the overall function of the consulting and quality management support programs. I oversaw over $600,000 of disbursement for small and medium enterprises in Bahrain for various projects through approved partners. I devised a quality test to ensure that the EDSP partners were able to deliver quality for the program. I was responsible for ensuring that the deliverables met expectations and delivered against the client requirements. I also developed the post-implementation review of the project to determine the effectiveness of the project and the quality of the work carried out.

I started my career with KPMG in Bahrain. I supported various workstreams on projects which included cost optimization analysis and recommendation, process re-engineering, market analysis for various markets across the GCC, financial model building, and revenue identification. I build my foundation of consulting skills while at KPMG.
