I also regularly represent businesses, their owners and investors in connection with mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital investments, strategic alliances, technology licensing, and distribution agreements. I have been named a "Georgia Super Lawyer" by Atlanta Magazine on multiple occasions for my work in Corporate Finance.
