Managed a Cisco Fabric network utilizing FC over IP. Architected and deployed a full disaster recovery solution for core business applications. Wrote custom scripting to pull statistics from Sandvine, Starent, Compu-aire, Cisco, Oracle M-Series hardware for use with monitoring tools. Architected, developed and deployed a fault reporting tool to provide essential information to the business to analyze efficiencies. Supported, installed, managed MySQL, Postgres, Oracle 10g and 11g Databases. Upgraded systems from Solaris 10 to Solaris 11 and Oracle 10g databases to 11g.

Installed, customized and administered the AlarmPoint notification system. Integrated AlarmPoint with the Tivoli Netcool Omni-bus fault management system. Administrator for Centests, NetAnalyst, NetOptimize, and RCATS testing platforms. Utilized Cacti and SNMP to provide graphs for monitoring server & network device statistics. Standardized the Centest/NetAnalyst platform across 40+ sites. Provided training and aided in the roll out of the AlarmPoint and NetOptimize systems.
