His experience and knowledge gained in successfully turning around and subsequently selling companies as their President/CEO for over 27 years and more recently honing his craft as a professor at Chapman University’s Argyrus School of Business for the past 8 years enabling him to bring current and relevant insights to company leaders/owners and their teams. Prior to joining Chapman his leadership and ability to inspire others was reflected in the successful sale of his company whose market value/sale price increased over an 11-year period at a compounded annual growth rate (CAGR) in excess of 20% and its bottom line profits by a CAGR of 18%!A graduate of the U.S. Air Force Academy with a B.S. degree in Engineering and the Anderson School of Business at UCLA with an MBA in Operations Management, Clark is a member of Young Presidents Organization (YPO-Gold), the Board of Counselors at Chapman University and the Board of Directors of Big Brothers Big Sisters in addition to sitting on numerous business boards. As a young 27 year-old Captain in the Air Force he was recognized for his work on their largest satellite program, whose successful launch received front page headlines nationally, by being asked to step into a position of responsibility normally held by a Full Colonel. During this time he also received Air Force’s largest cost savings award.
