- Personally requested by the Director of Global Procurement for the Four Seasons Hotels to lead the rollout of BirchStreet’s inventory module for locations across Europe, the Middle East and Southeast Asia.- Assessed customer business needs within the hotelier’s industry and developed implementation plans to meet those needs though BirchStreet’s e-Procurement system. This can include e-Procurement, Inventory Management and Point of Sale.- Configured the BirchStreet application to meet customer’s business requirements using both front-end utilities and SQL update statements.- Trained end users on the use of BirchStreet’s e-Procurement and inventory modules through online webinars.- Provided feedback to BirchStreet’s development team concerning software issues, project status, and functionality requirements.- Participated in product design and enhancement to BirchStreet’s inventory module.- Provided level 2 customer support through emails, over the phone, and online.- Participated in onsite product launch for new customers.- Drafted technical documentation.
