REDS turned a labor-intensive month-long process of generating documents and paying vendors into a real time point and click process.Emergency room physician scheduling system (ERDocs) – C & M Medical ServicesSystem to staff emergency room physicians. We designed a calendar user interface that scheduled and tracked physicians across multiple hospitals. Physicians were automatically emailed their weekly schedule; the system was integrated to the company’s accounting system which both billed hospitals (AR) and paid contract physicians (AP). ERDocs turned an extremely labor-intensive manual system into a stream-line computer based scheduling system.
