A mobile version running on handheld scanners allow the ALCOA receiving dock to receive shipments via vendor generated labels. Once received, shipping manifest were generated at the warehouse. The system linked to companies ORACLE accounts payable system which paid vendors as soon as shipments were received. REDS turned a labor-intensive month-long process of generating documents and paying vendors into a real time point and click process.Emergency room physician scheduling system (ERDocs) – C & M Medical ServicesSystem to staff emergency room physicians. We designed a calendar user interface that scheduled and tracked physicians across multiple hospitals. Physicians were automatically emailed their weekly schedule; the system was integrated to the company’s accounting system which both billed hospitals (AR) and paid contract physicians (AP). ERDocs turned an extremely labor-intensive manual system into a stream-line computer based scheduling system.

Responsible for a 100 user Novell network including hardware and in‐house software. Supervised 3 programmers in the development and maintenance of in‐house applications. Monitored and scheduled system maintenance. In my three years as IS Director the company experience zero down time as a result of software or hardware failure.• Maintained The Vision Point Accounting system written in FoxPro• Supervised the development of Loan application module which interfaced with the Accounting system. System was written in FoxPro and provided the capability to track Auto Insurance loan payment and interface the accounts receivable into the accounting system.
