Tulliola is a property management company located in and focused on the Lake Highlands area of Dallas, Texas. We specialize in taking on renovation projects that are dark, in disrepair, and previously owned by negative bitter old souls. We renovate the home with love, light, and mindfulness and sell them to positive and energetic families.► 2014 Tulliola purchased its first property.► 2015 the property was renovated with lighter colors, natural lighting, and cleaned every crevice.► 2016 within 24 hours of being on the market, with multiple offers, we sold our first property to a young teacher as her first home.

Rakzy is a cloud-based hosting facility for Exchange email, Microsoft SharePoint, and server co-location. Rakzy also designs and hosts websites.

Hostnet was the outsourced IT department for Hicks, Muse, Tate and Furst. My first position with Hostnet was Help Desk Manager for Hicks, Muse, Tate & Furst. In 2002 I was promoted to Senior Systems Engineer.► Setup network for London, New York, and Buenos Aires offices.► Developed IT Department Policies and Procedures.► Managed and maintained Dell Storage Area Network and EMC Storage Area Network.

Vectrix, another portfolio company of Hicks, Muse, Tate & Furst was a web design and marketing strategy company that developed Fandango.com.► Worked with technical and sales staff to develop proposals for all Vectrix projects.► Earned Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer certification.► Surviving several rounds of layoffs in the bursting tech bubble, I was re-assigned to the IT Department at Hicks, Muse, Tate & Furst.

As a personal goal of mine to work for the Dallas Stars, I worked as a consultant with Infinet and was eventually hired on full-time. Infinet was the company selected to manage the Hicks, Muse, Tate & Furst IT infrastructure implementation of their Capstar Broadcasting to 355 stations in 83 markets. Tom Hicks was the owner of the Dallas Stars so my personal goal was in reach.► Assisted the Project Manager for the Capstar Broadcasting network implementation project.► Earned Certified Netware Engineer and Master Certified Netware Engineer certification.► Increased billable earnings by 30%.

Moving back to I worked for another law firm as a PC Support Specialist where I was responsible for all Help Desk support requests for the entire firm.► Documented training manuals for Soft Solutions document management system.► Developed "brown bag" training classes for paralegals and assistants.

My first job out of college where I was the only technical support specialist for one of the largest and oldest law firms in Memphis. At John Grisham's personal law firm, I was responsible for all Help Desk requests, server/network maintenance, and database administrator.► Managed and maintained the SoftSolutions document management system.► Developed "brown bag" training classes for paralegals and assistants.► Active member and volunteer with the Memphis Paralegal Association.

In college I worked as a computer lab technician for the English Department where trained students on computers, assisted with technical problems, and in my spare time I wrote"how to" and procedural documentation.► Wrote instructional documents for Archie, WAIS, and the campus-wide VAX/VMS system.► Developed training classes on basic, intermediate, and advanced Internet research.► Learned to code in HTML and assisted grad students in developing research web sites.► Active member of the Memphis chapter of the Society of Technical Communication.

When I moved from Dallas to Memphis I took a part-time job with Northwest Airlink in the parts department to support myself in college.
