With over 10 years of experience in sport leadership and management, I am passionate about designing, developing, and delivering innovative and impactful programmes that enhance the performance and wellbeing of individuals and teams in the sport sector. As a Senior Leadership and Workforce Development Programmes Consultant at The Premier League, I apply my expertise in leadership, change management, and blended learning to create and facilitate learning opportunities for various stakeholders, such as elite academy managers, future academy leaders, and player-to-executive pathway participants. In my current role, I am responsible for the design, development, and delivery of existing and new leadership and workforce development programmes, such as the Elite Academy Management, the Academy Leaders, and the Future Academy Leaders programmes. I also contribute to the Player-to-Executive Pathway Scheme, the PL Digital Learning Strategy Group, the PL Youth Development Conference, and the Leadership National Summit. Additionally, I leverage my academic background and research skills to disseminate knowledge and insights within my field of expertise, as evidenced by my publications in peer-reviewed journals and my associate lecturer and visiting senior lecturer positions at two reputable universities. I also hold a UEFA "B" Licence Coach certification.
