My job was to manage $17 million worth of annual capital improvements from acquisition to deferred maintenance. Over a 3-year period, I was responsible for planning and managing $60M worth of capital improvements and investment life cycle projects. Over 1,000 units were successfully constructed and turned over under my leadership, including budgeting, forecasting, and preconstruction planning.
