HelloFresh are the world's leading meal kit provider - we serve more than 20 million meals per month to over 2.4 million customers in 12 countries across 3 continents.My role as Senior Logistics Manager encompasses all elements surrounding the distribution of our product. My responsibilities include:     > Supplier management – co-ordination of our third party logistics providers across Australia      > Dispatch planning & execution     > Delivery operations management     > Process optimisation     > Regional development – key role played in extending HelloFresh into new markets such as Perth, Darwin, and regional VIC/QLD.

In August 2016 I created Servo Sunsets, an Instagram page with a simple mission: to share the best Servo Sunsets Australia and the world has to offer. To date, Servo Sunsets has amassed over 22.5k followers.In late 2018, Servowear was established as an extension of Servo Sunsets, offering a range of apparel including t-shirts, caps, and sunglasses.

Pawbase is an early stage start-up that provides an online platform for pet-seekers to connect with registered, ethical dog breeders.My role as Community Manager involved:     ● Accountability for community growth     ● Social media marketing, user support, and content creation     ● Planning and implementation of user acquisition strategy, this demonstrated to great          effect with over 700 live accounts created in my first four months at Pawbase.

Pay & Go is a Sydney based payment gateway offering transaction services as well as a suite of enterprise grade solutions across Australia.My role as Business Development Manager involved:     ● Accountability for organisational growth and development, specialising in providing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software to businesses.     ● Responsibility for sourcing and securing new clients.     ● Providing ongoing support for current clients.     ● Planning and execution of business development strategy.

Accountability for growth of an early stage fund. Responsible for initiating and managing all strategic partnerships (both offline and online), product and brand management, as well as the formulation and execution of business strategy. Also involved in operations management and recruitment.

Development and management of a profitable e-business. Formulation and execution of a successful business model. Consistent trade and communication with international buyers and sellers, primarily in China.
