I manage the Kermit Lynch online presence: website, email marketing, e-commerce, and social media. I blend direct to consumer and direct to trade marketing to provide value to the three tiers of consumers who purchase our imports. Because really, we're all just consumers, or rather wine drinkers.

Walk-in and phone retail wine sales. Developed personal client list of regular customers and expanded accounts with high-end wine collectors. Oversaw creation, development, and placement of Kermit Lynch 6-bottle wine tote-bag. Primary researcher and consultant on company inter-state shipping policies.

Assisted in full life cycle wine production in a 1200 ton crush winery. Performed basic winemaking techniques: crushing, bladder press operation, pumping, cleaning, racking, topping, barreling, pump overs, punch downs, sanitizing, fermentation monitoring, additions, painting, forklift operating. Created first company employee web log detailing daily activities at winery – www.cellarratblog.com.

Directed the daily operations of camp by supervising 50 employees, managing program development, and promoting relations with 400 clients per week. Writer/director/music director of full-length original play/musical show. Aided in the training of all employees to raise the level of customer service.
