I'm a passionate leader with more than 25 year’s proven experiences in leadership from the Swedish Armed Forces, Ericsson Ltd and from Qvantel Sweden Ltd, leading and building small to large-scale organizations.I have worked with regions, customers and different stakeholders across the globe, mainly in China, Sweden, USA and India. By this I have been able to build and establish a strong relationship and a global contact network.By living and working in different countries like China, Sweden & USA, my experience is both functionally and geographical diverse.It has also given me the opportunities, experiences to work and adapt to different cultures, giving me the knowledge of how to run an organization/project in a more efficient way.During the years I have had the opportunity to work in different roles, starting from Project Manager up to a leader with responsibility for R&D development, with around 1000 persons, handling several product areas and sites across the globe.This has given me the opportunity to work with customers, which have strengthened my End-to-End focus and understanding for the customer’s needs and expectations.My major areas of expertise include Organizational leadership, People leadership, Project Management, Organizational strategies, planning, communication and negotiation skills. I am highly experienced in building high performing teams and organizations, leading through mentorship and empowerment. As a person I am social and opened minded, honest, and easy to work with. I´m positive and always open for new ideas and/or challenges. In my profession I am continuously seeking for ways to improve the ways of working and I am focusing on finding solutions rather than problems to reach the set targets & goals.I also believe in simplicity, motivating people, quick decision making and always keeping things moving forward.
