Responsible for the design, development, and operation of InLine's fiber optic network throughout Mississippi and Louisiana. Manage a team of provisioning and deployment engineers to deliver superior service and support for metro-ethernet circuits to end customers. Ensure that SLAs are met and availability of services remains at or greater than 99.99%. Monitor and maintain the MPLS core, as well as all P/PE/CE nodes. Create MoP for all aspects of service delivery to ensure each service follows a model that is optimized and efficient. Prior to our broadband buildout I worked in professional services, providing solutions design and implementation for an array of clients ranging through countless industries. Assist clients with developing a vision for the future, as well as follow through with delivering that vision and growing their success using products from VMware, Fortinet, Juniper, etc.

I was contracted as a freelance author with Syngress, an imprint of Elsevier, to produce materials for two technical books. The first book, published in 2004, was titled Configuring NetScreen Firewalls, and targets the NetScreen/Juniper firewall product line. The second book, Configuring SonicWALL Firewalls, was published in 2006, and focuses on the in and out of SonicWALL firewalls.
