Hello! I’m Claudio, with nearly a decade of experience in global education, student affairs, and equity initiatives. I’m passionate about supporting all students, especially first-generation students, on their journey to success. In my role as Manager of Partnerships at Diversity Abroad, I oversee strategic collaborations, manage institutional partnerships, and lead key initiatives and sponsorships that advance diversity and inclusion in global education. I thrive on working with partners to create inclusive programs, focusing on recruitment, onboarding, and student support, while also excelling in curriculum design and outreach.I hold a Master’s degree from NABA in Milan, where my research explored generational trauma and collective memory. Now based in Sacramento, California, I enjoy life with my partner (who also shares my passion for higher ed) and our two rescue dogs.Outside of work, I love gardening, cooking, building model planes, and staying active through bowling, golf, and tennis. I’m always excited to connect with like-minded professionals in higher education and student affairs to explore innovative ways to create more inclusive and accessible learning environments.
