Started out as an Division & OU Level Administrative Assistant within the TASC division of NG from 2002 - 2004. Moved into Project Management & Planning from 2004 - 2005, then into a Systems Analyst / Web Development position as I pursued my Associates Degree. Post-graduation with my Associates Degree, I moved into a Systems Engineer role within the company in 2007, then upon graduating with my Bachelor's degree, moved into a Software Development position responsible for developing maintaining software related to eOPF (Electronic Official Personnel Folder). Also responsible for database development and maintenance and serving as an Oracle DBA from 2008 - 2015. During this time, I also took on roles as SM and began my pursuit as an Agile practitioner. Became certified and moved into varying positions of increased responsibility including as RTE, and completing the Agile Coaching cohort program within Northrop Grumman. Continued serving as an RTE/STE/Agile Coach during acquisition of my NG sector into Peraton and maintained that role within Peraton.
