From the beginning of my career, I’ve believed that by empowering, mentoring, and holding team members accountable, you create a culture of performance where people thrive on overcoming challenges, and feel great about the contributions they make.Progressing to a technical/leadership role for the Global Affairs/Canadian International Development Agency, I gained experience directing major audits on purchase cards, communication devices, IT assets, and additional verticals.Moving to the private sector, I was thrilled to earn a position with Wolters Kluwer, a global leader in software solutions. I traveled internationally to lead 100+ implementations, including small to large scale projects.Most currently, I am using my expertise in Agile to drive seamless implementation of Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) applications for with Resolver, a leading-edge cloud-based software company that protects many of the world’s largest organizations' employees, customers, and supply chains. Previous accomplishments include:✔ Elected as Chair of the Persons with Disabilities Network (PWDAN) directing an 8-member team to make Natural Resources Canada a workplace of choice for persons with disabilities.✔ Spearheaded 100+ successful implementations of TeamMate AM, TeamMate+, and TeamMate Analytics software, including configuration, testing, and end-user training. ✔ Used strong communication talents to deliver presentations at the annual TeamMate User Forum (650+ participants).✔ Learned 7 applications <15 months) related to internal audits, general risk management, vendor risk management, IT risk management, and compliance management.
