-Performing and controlling tests (Routine tests & Type tests & special tests) in order to ensure compliance with international standards and customer specifications and to demonstrate the integrity and quality of the transformer. -Supervising and training test team members as necessary-Analyzing Data, evaluating Information to determine compliance with standards-Documenting/writing special test reports.-Providing information to supervisor, co-workers, and subordinates-Scheduling work and activities for factory inspection tests-Inspect completed installations and observe operations, to ensure conformance to equipment specifications and compliance with operational and safety standards.-Develop new testing plan-Organize and schedule FAT (factory Acceptance Test) with external customers.- Operates electrical power distribution systems up to and including 69 KV classification.

- Perform routine tests, type tests and special tests.- Make the necessary wires connections during transformer testing.- Operates electrical power distribution systems up to and including 350 KV classification.
