Current- Conduct triage activities on all incoming application relatedtechnical incidents as part of a team rotation.
- Lead resolution, or escalation, of all PEXA SEV1 and SEV2incidents.
- Coordinate regression testing every release between internaland external teams.
- Provided training and guidance to junior team members onincident triage tools and methods.
- Develop and deploy new automation processes with the use ofAWS, python, and Github workflows.
- Use of Splunk and AppDynamics for daily applicationmonitoring.
