As a contract manager I am responsible for a $500M Master Service agreement. This covers Outside Plant and Central Office installation /construction. I qualifiy and administer 92 subcontractors, trainer in SAP billing and time entry, designer of FM Pro dbases for contract admin/fleet/process management. I am qualified to audit confined space entry. I work closely with Bell and Bell Aliant with the introduction of new technologies ( Ciena, Cisco, Fujitsu ). Being bilingual allows me to represent our operation in both Quebec and Ontario. I teach basic fibre optics classes to our technicians and new hires.

As operation field manager for Ottawa 613 with 21 technicians constructing telecommunications outside plant. This included aerial and underground cable placement in addition to copper and fibre optic cable splicing. My team generated $750K in revenue with a 20% improvement in performance.
