Claudia was part of the Asia Pacific I.T. team, which looked after the technology needs of 5,000 users in 16 countries. She worked with the global I.T. team members and interfaced with local I.T. Managers in the multinational environment. Her team took care of IT services for Ogilvy and subsidiaries in Bangladesh, Cambodia, China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Myanmar, Nepal, Pakistan, Philippines, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam.

She reviewed and approved all application hosting service requests. She also advised on general enquiry regarding application hosting from other regions outside AP.• Job Role II: Project Leader, Application Hosting Service, Global TeamThe Global Application Hosting Service Team was in operation on a 24 by 5 service window. On a day-to-day basis, Claudia worked with customers and counterparts in the regional offices in Europe and the USA.Based on the Software Application Life Cycle, the application hosting process started from Pre- Vetting, followed by Compatibility Testing, Compliance, Deployment, Data Migration and Post- Implementation Support.Her team performed Compliance, Deployment, Data Migration and Post-implementation support. They provided consultation and advice on Pre-Vetting and Quality Assurance Testing.

As business partner appointed by IBM, Claudia and team built a suite of bespoke applications for SME sales operations, delivered to IBM over her web collaborative platform.

Claudia’s team built a pilot Loan Origination system for the re-engineered processes. This went live in the bank's head office as well as branches in the central business district.
