Led 30 sailors operating over 200 circuits in a complex multi-million dollar communications suite to sustain 99.9% uptime reliability across all circuits.Planned and directed the completion of shipyard projects, including over 5000 man hours of industrial work, while coordinating and supervising personnel in the installation and successful testing of 15 communications upgrades, including the initial prototype testing of the Navy's next generation shipboard network, ensuring the ship remained on schedule.

Trained and supervised staff of 8 managers, 16 custodians, and over 200 users in proper use of 3000 line items of communications security material to turn around a struggling account. Facilitated 15 three day classes to over 250 junior sailots. Shipwide program resulted in a 33% decrease in punishable incidents, 61% decrease in alcohol related incidents, and 400% increase in advanced education enrollment.
