A turn around opportunity in a financial transaction (ATM) software company. - Brought into Oasis by the Board Chairman and the majority owner venture capital firm to lead the decision to either turnaround or wind down operations of Oasis Technology; and,- Value Creation: Took a company with <3 months cash (summer of 2002), acquired and focused on 2 large strategic customers, convinced VC to fund 12 months burn, delivered pilot customer solutions and achieved end game asset sale of $35 million (June 2003).

Solect Technology was the founder and leading provider of IP Billing (internet protocol billing) for tier 1 carriers and service providers. I was brought on by the board to organize and structure a repeatable revenue delivery model. Key to my role was dealing with 'dot com' growth and the processes put in place to generating revenues in new and existing clients. The company engaged in an IPO strategy for spring 2000 and was acquired early in 2000 by Amdocs for $1.2 Billion.
