I've had the pleasure of working as a dedicated Professional in Inside Sales for 9 years. I have enjoyed partnering with leaders to play a critical role in helping the organization meet their goals. In my most recent role as Sales Force Compliance Supervisor, I worked with the Inside and Outside Pharmaceutical Sales Representatives. -Ensured compliance standards were met.-Monitored the sampling of product to physicians.-Product literature initiated by Inside Sales Reps was mailed out weekly.-Client data base-Mobil Intelligence- was updated and accurate. I have a passion for reviewing current processes and identifying areas where non value added steps can be removed to increase efficiencies. These efforts have resulted in reduced costs in postage and stationary. I believe employees are the lifeline of any organization and I take special pride in being able to develop cross functional teams that work harmoniously. Doing this requires knowing and understanding the individuals, capitalizing on their strengths and minimizing their weaknesses, and being an engaged and active listener and communicator.
