I was responsible for ensuring that quality risk evaluation is performed to ensure sustainable profit and asset growth within the agreed Service Level Agreements.During 1987 I was selected as a protégé on the Management Development Program which was successfully completed. During August of the same year I was nominated to be interviewed by a group of consultants from the National Institute for Personal Research on equal opportunity. In November 1987 I made a presentation "As part of the The Training Needs in WesBank Pre-Legal Department". This was presented to 45 Executive Leaders of First National Bank (FNB) and WesBank respectively.My syndicate members and I published a book on "Training" which was implemented in the Pre-Legal Department. In July 1988 I was again nominated to represent WesBank to do a presentation of staff growth/opportunities and training.The presentation at Sandown Management Centre was made to the Board of Directors of WesBank, FNB and Southern Life.The growth and development of people, is one of my greater successes. I was awarded "Mentor of the Year" in 2005 for two staff members that was nominated for "Young Executives in Action". This program was in preparation for Junior Management, of which one is currently a senior Manager.I was part of the Learnership Program since its inception and have employed many learners on a permanent basis. Some hold very senior positions within the organization. In the various positions held, I was awarded Customer Service awards. Became a member of the "Club of 10" in 2002, which is a prestigious award. I was unanimously voted for the Collaboration Award by the CFO of FNB, CEO of FNB Corporate and the CEO of WesBank. the award was based on commitment and contribution to the success of the WesBank/FNB Collaboration.I hold a comprehensive Portfolio of Evidence of my successes in the various Divisions of WesBank.
