Claudette Hayle is the Founder and CEO of Cygnus Energy Group, and Cygnus RE. With the intent of achieving Circularity, Cygnus Energy Group trades Environmentally Compliant fuels Internationally, while Cygnus RE focuses on delivering Renewable Energy Solutions that will foster the realization of a Net Zero Carbon Society.Ms. Hayle is curretly a member of the FS-UNEP Certified Expert in Climate and Renewable Energy Finance Program ans will compete the Certification in September 2021.Cygnus Energy is a Signatory of the UN Women & UN Global Compact- Women Empowerment Principles, WEPs and in 2014 was recognized as a Global Community Champion by UN Women’s Online Knowledge Gateway for Women Economic Empowerment.Ms. Hayle is passionate about the advancement of Women on Board of Directors of major Public and Private corporations and is a Board Member of Women Energy Network, New York Chapter, one of the premier national organizations that fosters Women Inclusiveness, Knowledge Exchange and Diversity in the Energy industry.Ms. Hayle is an Executive on Campus (EOC) at Baruch College where she mentors MBA students and in the Fall 2020 will be Adjunct Professor at CCNY-Department of Business & Economics at the Colin Powell School of Civics and Global Leadership where she will teach the Undergraduate Environmental Economics Course.
