A multifaceted Project Manager responsible for 20+ concurrent large and complex geospatial projects with individual project values of up to $8M and life-cycles of up to 48 monthsActively supported business development by developing new regional markets with the support of the Regional Sales Managers and focused actively on project up-sells and increasing repeat clients by ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction• Client-Contractor-Partner coordination and communication • Initiate, plan, execute, monitor and close projects• Monitor project budget and overall health• Create and maintain various project documents including:• Gantt Charts, Project Health Reports, Dashboards, Work Plans, QA/QC Plans, Project Reports, Statement of Services Agreements, Subcontractor Scope of Work documents, RFP Responses and Proposals• Lead strategic project meetings with internal and external key stakeholders• Manage internal and external key stakeholder relationships and mitigate potential conflicts, through effective communications• Perform GIS based analysis and advanced MS Office document generation to support project reporting • Provide technical input, cost estimates, business intelligence, subject matter expertise to resolve technical and logistical issues within the organization, partners and with clients• Contribute, present and document to the design, development and implementation of PMO processes within the organization• Proactively identify and escalate potential problems, risks and solutions as well as significant achievements of peers to Senior Management• Monitor and control overall project QA/QC to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction

Responsible for the project management of geospatial programs as well as the technical and business development of XEOS Imaging’s LiDAR division

Responsible for project management of multiple and concurrent large and complex geospatial projects with individual project values of up to $1.3M and lifecycles of up to 24 months.Responsible for the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Terrapoint’s Total Quality Management System (TQMS).

Manage a 24 hour/7 day a week Geomatics Department consisting of a 24 member team. Actively participate in the management of over 750 LiDAR and 125 Orthophoto projects ranging in size from 1 – 26,000 sqkm.
