Supervision of high-end 11-story condominium building.Review and approve subs contracts and payments including general contractor, six woodworking teams, electrical team, water and sewage team, interior design team, lighting, cameras and security teams, kitchen cabinets and appliances.Achievements:On budget and on time execution.Overall satisfaction of new condo owners.

Procured all imported materials and specialty subcontractors and established and ellaborated contract clauses.  Budgeted all construction and remodelling projects.  Elaborated schedules considering importing procedures from Brasil, Italy, Mexico and China.  Supervised a commercial building which housed a Kohler Showroom in San Benito, El Salvador.  Directed area supervisors guiding them in the best construction practices.  Coordinated the different construction specialties on site to achieve in the most efficient way the desired results taking into account the safety of the construction workers.  Review and approve subcontractors payments according to the contract clauses.  Evaluate and enforce safety procedures anticipating potential risks on construction and operational phases.  Follow up of final punch list.  Designed all the facades of the stores of the Ferco chain in order to refresh its branding. Achievements:  Designed and executed the first Kohler Store in El Salvador delivering in record time of 6 weeks.
