A 6-month guest researcher stay at the Institute Gender in Medicine (GIM) at Charité Universitätsmedizin Berlin, funded by South-Eastern Norway Regional Health Authority.The research term abroad extends my research focus from women to gender-diverse individuals by establishing a productive collaboration with the GIM. Through this collaboration, I study the interplay between immune measures, social factors, and depressive symptoms in transgender and gender non-conforming individuals relative to cis-gender individuals.

Postdoctoral Fellow at University of Oslo (Imaging Psychosis Research Group) & Norwegian Centre for Mental Disorders Research (NORMENT)I completed a multi-year research project and its project deliverables, centred around severe mental health disorders & the brain. Using a lifespan approach, I studied sex differences in brain morphometry of individuals with severe mental health disorder using well-characterised local samples and using data from the ENIGMA Early Onset Psychosis Working Group, I am a co-chair of.
