I was asked to move to Seattle by the owners of Ray's Boathouse. It was a tough decision since I was then the Catering Manager for Elkhorn Resort in Sun Valley, ID. The move was worth it and a very rewarding experience. From Ray's I was asked to join Consolidated Restaurants, Inc. as theirTraining Director. During my 13 years with CRI I also became a member of CHART. After leaving CRI I worked as a training consultant for the next 3 years then as the Training Coordinator for RAM International for 3 years after that.There isn't a job in the restaurant industry that I haven't done myself. That background knowledge has helped me throughout my professional life in the hospitality industry.
