During my middle and high school years, I was always more captivated by languages, arts, literature, and cultures. I pursued visual arts because it offered me a sense of freedom, but I also took classes in various other subjects, particularly humanities and computer science, to ensure I developed a versatile skill set from an early age. This diverse educational background has been complemented by my lifelong passion for reading. An avid reader since childhood, I've always been fascinated by the publishing process.At university, I realized that my diverse interests and skills could be ideally applied to administration and business communication. I invested five years in this field and found fulfillment in being able to perform various tasks across different areas within the same role.My first professional experience was an internship during my degree program at the Culture and Sports Department of Águeda Town Hall. Although brief, this experience remains one of the most memorable moments of my career as it marked the beginning of my professional journey. My responsibilities included event management and supporting local associations, which provided me with a solid foundation in administrative work.Since 2022, I have been working at Pascal Millasseau Construction in an administrative role. Despite the company’s modest size of around ten employees, we manage to deliver remarkable high-end projects. In my role, I am responsible for all administrative tasks including handling emails, communicating with suppliers, clients, and potential clients, organizing the office and diary, assisting with accounting and human resources, managing warehouse and stock, overseeing sales and purchasing, producing internal and external documentation, and writing texts for social media marketing.Recently, I have rekindled my interest in the publishing process. I am currently studying independently and taking courses to update my knowledge and skills in this field. My goal is to merge my passion for publishing with my extensive experience in secretarial and corporate communications.I am now seeking opportunities that allow me to combine my interest in the publishing world with my administrative and communication expertise.
