I am a Senior Vice President and Director of Marketing at Capital Access. I started my SBA lending career with Capital Access over 19 years ago, and I’ve helped build Capital Access into a top-performing Certified Development Company providing SBA 504 loans to growing businesses. I have extensive knowledge of commercial real estate financing and SBA eligibility, and I bring that experience and knowledge to my clients by working closely with all parties involved in transactions to ensure a smooth financing process. My outstanding client and partner relationships have enabled me to provide a maximum level of efficiency and professionalism to my projects, bringing added value to referral partners. I began my career in investment banking, first working for Fieldstone Private Capital Group, a boutique investment bank in New York City, and then with Barclays Capital, a global banking and financial institution. My education in accounting and financing has uniquely qualified me to first assist in large-scale debt financing, and then apply that understanding to financing real estate transactions. My passion is to continue helping growing businesses achieve their real estate ownership goals and offer the best possible service.
