• Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate 65-75 undergraduate student staff in Recreational Sports Department • Adjust the recruitment and hiring process to increase employed staff by 50%• Construct curriculum and facilitate training programs for all student employees and club officers• Maintain reviewing and approving payroll for all summer employees and all termination paperwork• Train and evaluate 60 officials on their mechanics, knowledge of rules, positioning, and professionalism• Administer and evaluate day-to-day activities for Intramural Sports, Club Sports, and Family Programs

• Consult with department programs directors to identify training needs • Identify programs for personal and professional development of the Campus Recreation student staff to help improve performance and aid in career advancement • Asses any employment related issues and source outside resources for special training programs, including harassment• Preform New Hire Orientation/training by creating training agenda and content for all new employees • Promote ideas for development seminars based on the sessions that may be of interest to employees
