Basic Contract Administrator - Industrial Product-Support Vendor (IPV) - Letterkenny Army Depot. Total supply chain management initiative supporting bench stock items used for the maintenance and manufacturing lines for the U.S. Army at Letterkenny Army Depot.

PROCUREMENT: Serves as the acquisition specialist for Depot Level Repairable (DLRs) for DLA Albany, which supports Marine Corps Logistics Command (LOGCOM) combat/ground weapon systems through cradle to grave procurements under and over the simplified acquisition threshold and long term contracts. Experience using a wide variety of acquisition principles, policies and program requirements.RELATIONSHIP BUILDING: Experience developing rapport with major suppliers concerning acquisition and logistics functions, such as Raytheon, General Dynamics and Lockheed Martin. LIAISON - Volunteered and was selected for a six month rotational assignment to serve as DLA’s liaison to General Dynamics Land Systems – Canada (GDLS-C). Served as the Commanding General’s representative to support the RG 31 Mine Resistant Ambush Protected (MRAP) vehicle, which provided support to the fleet of vehicles in Iraq and Afghanistan. CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION: Performed contract administration duties which involved establishing contract performance plans and managed contractors’ compliance. In addition, I coordinated extension of period of performance, resolved delinquent deliveries, exercised option years, de-obligated funds, and any administrative type of modifications. I also performed closeout activities on completed contracts.
