Design a detailed HACCP plan for each production lines and manufacturing processes in the plant. Manage at site level risk assessment of raw materials and manufactured products. Maintain updated relevant quality documentation.

Manage and develop all specifications and documentations ensuring compliance of the company's products with the relevant local and international flavour legislation.In detail:-Analyze and monitor safety data sheets and other legal requirements (i.e.allergens, nutritional, countries compliance) of raw materials and finished products ensuring the compliance with food legislation; - Manage and submit request of approvals of flavours formula to TTB;- Support different company departments about issues related to Food Legislation;SAP \ MDM superuser for italian site (Product\Raw materials) - Gap Analysis from legacy systems to SAP, evaluation of data cleansing and management data enrichment through templates submission.

R&D assistant: develop new formulations of flavours and semi-finished products for the ice-cream productions according to customer requirements and manage related analysis of chemical-physical parameters.Quality assurance assistant: Maintain of procedures and checking documents related to Quality Manual and HACCP Manual (Company ISO 9001:2008 certificated)
