Managed futures was a relatively new asset class. I was responsible for the education process of interested investors. Through a 2 to 3 call process I would get the investors' questions answered and share each trader's strategy. I would then onboard and take care of the clients through systematic contact. I trained and oversaw 2 other brokers, created a loyal and enjoyable experience for the front office staff increasing retention by 100%. My first client invested $10K and my last client invested $600K, the largest investment of the firm. I managed 80 clients total.
