• Local planner for Tengah Planning Area: land use evaluation and approvals for housing, industrial, roads, transport and social amenities. I also review Environmental Impact Assessments/ Studies conducted in Tengah• Formulated planning guidelines and requirements for upcoming developments to be sold via Government Land Sales in Tengah.• I also managed the Smart and Sustainable solutions portfolio in Jurong Lake District (JLD). I worked with agencies to ensure best-of-class and achievable requirements are mandated for upcoming developments in JLD (i.e. BCA’s GreenMark Certification).• As a member of the Digitalisation team in anticipation of the Draft Master Plan 2025, I have been instrumental in developing geoprocessing tools on ArcGIS that automate manual tasks, resulting in significant time savings for the team.Achievements• URA Awards 2023 Made A Difference (Innovation), for ‘Automated Plan Generation for Rezoning Cases’ project.• Graduated from URA’s in-house Planners Competency Roadmap programme.

• Worked closely with URA's planning groups, including policy and local planning, as well as other government agencies to leverage geospatial data in the decision-making process for addressing complex planning issues. Analyzed data, recommended solutions and implemented geospatial strategies to improve the effectiveness of the planning process.• Organised and led Geographical Information Systems (GIS) training sessions as part of our in-house training programme to enhance proficiency in spatial data analytics.Achievements• Participated in the 2020 Data Arcade Tournament (Tableau Track), a data analytics and visualization competition exclusive to government agencies, with two colleagues. Our team placed in the Top 10 among all participants.

• Provided geospatial support (technical and analytical) to the local staff in the preparation of data and mapping of community and government protected areas. The maps generated were used for planning, tourism and environmental management purposes by various government Ministries.• Assisted the team consisting of government officials from various Ministries (Ministry of Tourism, Ministry of Forestry, Ministry of Fisheries, Ministry of Agriculture and Land-use planning) to conduct outreach meetings with 10 sucos (villages) to gather community feedback as well as explain the significance of the zoning of Nino Konis Santana National ParkAchievements: Recipient of the Tan Mingwei Global Community Service Grant due to my contributions to the wider community through developing Dili Microlet Routes and volunteering to teach English and Mathematics at the local University. Recipient of Young Talent Programme (YTP) – Market Immersion sponsorship, co-organised by Enterprise Singapore and NUS Centre for Future-ready Graduates. Recipient of NUS Global Internship Award.

International Year of the Reef 2018(Instagram: @isbw14 content from Mar-May2018)• Assisted in science communication and marine outreach efforts, aimed at promoting public understanding and appreciation of marine ecosystems.• Managed the official Instagram page for International Seagrass Biology Workshop 13 (previously @isbw13, currently @isbw14), and created daily posts to promote awareness of marine conservation.
