*Identifies, collects, codes and validates required data collection points for all patients admitted with a trauma injury, and inputs that information into the trauma base system. *Prepare requested reports and submit the requested information to customers in a spreadsheet format. *The information abstracted into the database is submitted to the state, regional and national trauma systems as a requirement to maintain Riverside's standing as a verified level 2 trauma center.

Enter orders into the hospital order entry system, and place phone calls to physician offices for the emergency room physicians.
