Responsible for entire employee lifecycle: onboarding and termination, benefits administration, and processing payroll. Provides management support to the CEO and the COO.- Works directly with Hiring Managers to write and send offer letters and new hire paperwork- Works with Hiring Managers throughout the onboarding process, ensuring timely completion of all required tasks, following up with management when necessary- Ensures all information is completed for new hires: pre-employment screenings, I-9 verification, training and required new hire paperwork- Works with decision makers in various areas of the organization to improve onboarding procedures- Processes all benefit related paperwork (Medical, Dental, Prescription, Vision, Life Insurance, 401(k), etc.)- Maintains HRIS records and compiles reports from database- Responsible for directing and coordinating office services and related activities, which includes developing and supervising programs for the maximum utilization of services and equipment.

Provides management support to the founder and the COO, administrative support to the HR Manager on personnel matters including benefit administration, and assists the Controller with payroll processing.

Administrative support to the executive team and to additional team members as needed, including expense report submissions, calendar management, coordination of staff travel and execution of trade show exhibitions.
