MEET CLAUDIA ► As Sales and Marketing Coach for Monument Promotions, my main role is to oversee all operations within the sales training for the business. I am privileged to work with many multi-national Brands across the UK. I work with a diverse team within the company, which represent these Brands to help them hit their KPIs. My role includes delivering custom, elite training, development to leadership to Sales and Marketing Teams. I work closely with individuals to create a structured Development Plan, to continue their growth in their Sales and Marketing Career. With 1 year experience in this field my main passion is helping people grow, whilst achieving their career and personal goals. MEET MONUMENT PROMOTIONS ► Formed in 2017, we are the Direct Marketing Company, providing bespoke face-to-face marketing service for many leading Brands helping increase their customer base. Based in Swindon, with offices in Manchester, Liverpool, Cheltenham and Bristol, we continue to expand to London this summer.EXPANSION ► People typically come to us when they are looking for that new opportunity and direction in their life.
