- Worked on an 18-month project to revamp the company’s claim management system for the first time in 30 years. This included, analyzing the needs of the users and managers, working with the new systems implementors, and coding different parts of the project.- Analyzed the company’s required documents which resulted in 77 documents which I then transcribed into GhostDraft and coded the needed elements per document so that they can be automatically filled by the system.- Worked closely with the Business Analysts to determine if the portions of the product received were correct and assisted with analyzing the requirements.- Tested 20 hours per release (4) of the project to verify that all the elements and configuration were correct and recorded any errors or discrepancies.- Gave six week increment presentations to the board and staff of Texas Farm Bureau updating them on the status, risks, and goals of the project
