• Brand Management – Create, manage and implement brand guidelines for each brand, and ensure consistency across all platforms. Design brand documents and brochures. Brands includes: Scout campers, Adventurer, Eagle Cap, and Overlander.• Copywriting - Writing and editing for website, marketing materials, internal communications, newsletters, and more.• Public Relations – Create, manage, and maintain relationships with media partners and sharing press releases regarding company news.• Website management - Update website specs, contribute to web development projects, write resources/blogs, and create engaging web content.• Advertising - Select aligned and high-level advertising opportunities to maximize brand exposure and drive web traffic. Coordinate partnership agreements, logistics, paperwork, and incoming deliverables. • Ambassador Program Development - Manage and develop the new Ambassador program. This includes managing incoming applicants, selecting the best to move forward, creating profiles, sharing results with the marketing team, and accepting top applicants.Develop and implement a pro deal offer/structure for high-level Ambassadors that bring value to the brand and community.
