I conducted market research, established competitive positioning and set design and color direction for the company's new athleisure and shapewear sub-brands, VS Sport and VSX. Over a 10-year+ period, I progressed up the leadership ranks at Victoria’s Secret where I developed a centralized Design Services function, including an in-house CAD team, and set creative direction across all businesses, excluding PINK. Throughout my tenure, I was recognized for my strong creative point of view, big ideas, ability to lead transformation, and drive for continual design innovation. As a creative leader, I unified the cross-channel design vision across Apparel, Loungewear and Swimwear, helped position Victoria’s Secret as a luxury, aspirational market leader in Intimate Apparel, and advanced color to the brand’s forefront that established a clear point of competitive distinction. -

I became one of the first members of the Concept team, setting creative direction across Men’s, Women’s, Baby, Girls, Boys, Intimate Apparel, Accessories and Men’s Underwear. Over the years, I evolved the Concept team’s contributions and built an in-house, 15-member CAD team to support the growing Design organization.
