I am a new graduate music therapist from the University of Melbourne and currently reside in Hong Kong with my young family. Previous to my move to Hong Kong, I was a freelance vocalist in London. I have sung in choirs, trios and as a soloist for private, corporate and public performances. These include singing with the Royal Choral Society, The Hotsie Totsies & Best Singing Waiters. My vocal and flute experiences include performing, recording and writing jazz and contemporary music. I hold a Bachelor of Music Degree from the New Zealand School of Music with a major in the History and Analysis of Western Classical Music. My focus of the degree was both Romantic and 20th Century musicology. The course also involved Sonic Arts, Composition and Performance.Through my experience in choirs, classical chamber vocal ensembles and my degree in the history and analysis of Western Classical music I have an extensive knowledge base of classical repertoire. Through my studies of sonic arts and electronic music I have been introduced to both ProTools and Logic. I also have exceptionally strong organisational and management skills through experiences in office, gallery, bar and restaurant positions.
