Lead the development and execution of local diagnostic strategy

Management of all Diagnostics-related projects, covering 4 biomarkers testing (EGFR, BRCA, HRR, HRD) and 5 therapy areas (NSCLC, ovarian cancer, breast cancer, pancreatic cancer, prostate cancer)

As a scientific specialist, I cover all the activities related to laboratory diagnostics of lysosomal storage diseases in Russia and CIS.I am responsible for:- establishing of reliable working process with the labs providing diagnostics for Genzyme in Russia. - all the processes concerning laboratory diagnostics in Genzyme are in line with Genzyme and Sanofi company requirements, incl. Data protection, Legal and Finance. - scientific support and assistance to Genzyme FF team, RD Medical Advisers/MSLs in Russia and CIS and HCPs

- Products’ presentation and promotion at conferences and exibitions - Creation and design of advertising materials, catalogues; scientific data adaptation for marketing activities - Company web-site content creation and maintenance (news, articles, announcements) - Customer support (main customers: Private diagnostic labs, Centers for AIDS prevention, Blood transfusion centers); customer complaints management; foreign distributors support - Sales Department support in handling major sales projects - Market analysis, market and competitors’ activity monitoring, market development prediction - Sales analysis and demand prediction - Customers’ feedback collection and analysis, determination of customers’ requirements - Distributer-Manufacturer interaction; RnD monitoring - Product pre-launch: advertisement, PR, promotion and marketing strategy, determination of sales targets - Pricing - Company product portfolio optimization according to marketing strategy - Staff trainings (customers and company sales-managers and application specialists)
