Claudia Levy has over fifteen years of experience advising lawyers and law students. Levy Legal Consulting, LLC, was formed in 2014 as a means to apply that diverse experience to a rapidly changing legal profession – offering strategies that make the practice of law more efficient, more effective, and flexible enough to successfully adapt to a continually changing world. Services include legal talent recruitment, law student placement, employer training, ongoing career development, business development, specialized staffing, and custom projects. At Belmont University College of Law, Claudia created and presented career development programming, brought speakers to campus and provided career counseling services for Belmont law students. She worked with law firms, judges, corporate counsel, government agencies, and non-profit organizations to create employment opportunities. Prior to joining Belmont Law, Claudia was a Client Relations and Placement Director at Counsel On Call, where she managed attorney recruitment and placement. Previously, Claudia was an attorney with Wilkes & McHugh, P.A. where she litigated medical malpractice cases throughout the Southeast.Claudia completed her Juris Doctor and Bachelor's degrees at the University of Mississippi. She is a member of the Board of Directors of the Nashville Bar Association and previously served on the Board of the NBA Young Lawyers Division (YLD), receiving the Enterprise Award in 2008 and the President’s Award in 2011. Claudia is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Lawyer’s Association for Women and a member of the Nashville Bar Foundation 2015 Class of Fellows. She is a member of the NBA, the Tennessee Bar, the Mississippi Bar, LAW and TLAW.
