I love Earth Observation in all its facets. With my background in geography, where I hold an MSc from University of Bonn, I can apply my passion for EO to a wide variety of topics. For the past 7 years, I have led the full development process of the Columbus Eye app, an Augmented Reality EO education app. My work for this app has involved everything from processing a variety of satellite imagery to implementing them interactively into the AR app. I have developed extensive skills in GIS, software development and public outreach through this work.My passion for EO is often called contagious, and translates into a knowledgeable multi-perspective approach to analysing geodata. I am determined to learn, eager to teach, creative in finding solutions and want to drive innovation and a deeper understanding of our planet. Now I am looking for new opportunities and challenges to improve my already extensive skills and work towards the greater good of our planet - ideally from Norway, where I want to move in the near future together with my husband (system admin) and our cat.- Majored in Geography at RWTH Aachen University (BSc) and University of Bonn (MSc) focusing on remote sensing- Minored in Computer Science and doing a lot of coding work with it- More than 7 years in EO education projects, coding my way through the processing of satellite imagery as well as visualising them in an interactive way in Unity with C#
