Receiving and documenting incoming calls, chats, faxes and emails from external customers such as patients and/or healthcare providers and responding to their enquiries about products. Summarizing these reports based on information identified as vital to the project.• Disseminate clear, accurate information to healthcare professionals and patients based on the approved call scripts and/or other approved resources related to the use of client products.• Creating Adverse Event and Product Quality Complaint (PQCs) reports requiring concise data entry covering everything from patient symptoms, admission and results – this include medical terminology, writing narratives, generating case queries.• Clarify, investigate and capture adverse event and product quality information

Objective: to study the role of BPTF as a biomarker and therapeutic target in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma.- Reviews of literature related to the topic of study (melanoma and pancreatic cancer)- Planning and experiment conduction autonomously- Teamwork and coordination with other members of the laboratory - Reporting of results and presentation of such to the team- Use of molecular biology laboratory techniques: qPCR, western blot, cell cultures, knock-out and knock-down gene development using CRISPR-Cas9 and shRNA and proliferation assays among others.I received the summer internship grant for students awarded by the AECC (PPLVE18 Grant).

Rotations through different areas of the Pharmacy Service: Clinical Trials, Cytotoxic Unit, Outpatient Care, Parenteral Nutrition Formulation, Inpatient Unit and Geriatrics.During the internship I carried out my Final Degree Thesis in Pharmacy: "Prevalence of Potentially Inadequate Prescriptions in Institutionalized and Home Patients". This work has been presented as a poster at the European Congress of Hospital Pharmacy (Barcelona, March 2019).

Research internship in Dr. Gregory David's laboratory (Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Pharmacology)Project: determine the molecular function of a component of the Sin3-histone deacetylase (HDAC) complex, the Sin3B protein, in the maintenance of cellular quiescence.
