My role is focused on qualitative research for conducting projects in order to collect insight in the areas of: healthcare, telco, media and entertainment, automotive, energy etc.For now, the methodologies I specialize in are: user test, workshop, focus group, usability focus, in-depht interview.

Digital PR and social copywriter

Organising the logistics of the user research, planning interview days, and understanding datarelated to their profile. Running users test sessions. Conducting users research with consumers and professionals to understand who they are, their habits, needs and frictions in using the product. Collecting insights and share them in a synthetic way with the other departments (product, developer, marketing). Defining mindsets to describe the different types of consumers and merchants present on the platform. Research methods: User Interviews 1:1, Workshop, Card Sorting, Surveys etc.

The ROOF project, promoted by URBACT, involves different networks of municipalities acting together to tackle the urgent homeless issue of 9 European cities. My contribution concerned:- developing toolkits for workshops- visualizing process and results through maps- video - photo reporting of the events

I joined the Social Media team during the Milano Design Week 2019. My tasks were: supporting content creation for posts and stories for @fuorisalone and @brearadesigndistrict accounts; writing articles for Fuorisalonemegazine.it; developing presentations; photographic reportage of installations at Fuorisalone.
